Dr. Minaz Karim
Museum Park Dental is led by Dr. Karim and his expert staff. With his over 20 years or experience, Dr. Karim has built a practice which is known for it's quality dental work and his primary concern is for the well-being of his patients.
Dr. Karim is also a periodontist, specializing in dental implants and gum disease treatment. If you're suffering from a health issue in either of these areas, book an appointment and receive attentive and restorative care from Dr. Karim and his team. From cleanings to implants Dr. Karim and his dental team do it all, and are ready to take care of you and all your oral health needs.
When Dr. Karim isn't caring for his patients you will find him leading an active healthy lifestyle which can involve playing some tennis and golf as well as volunteering his time in the community.
Farhana Haji
Both a member of the CDHO and CDHA, Farhana has been a full-time Dental Hygienist with Dr. Karim for almost 25 years. She is a graduate from the Dental Hygiene program (Algonquin College;1994) and has completed a post-graduate program (George Brown College; 2003) in Restorative Dental Hygiene specializing in teeth restoration and orthodontic procedures. She has also had the privilege of teaching Histology to Restorative Dental Hygiene students and Pathology to Dental Technicians at George Brown College.
Her other professional duties include being responsible for office sterilization and the infection control program as well as updating various procedural manuals as required.
In her spare time, Farhana enjoys practicing holistic nutrition with a focus on eastern medicine. Also, she enjoys cooking up a storm with the fresh ingredients grown in her garden.
Furthermore, Farhana enjoys volunteering with the Aga Khan Education Board and has done so for the past 10 years. Currently, she is the Convener for Jamatkhana representatives in the province of Ontario. She also received a special award from the Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship last year for the recognition of her outstanding service. Overall, Farhana is committed to professional growth and continuous learning in both her professional and personal life.
With her extremely compassionate personality and meticulous attention to detail, Farhana strives to provide the best dental care for patients. So, you can rest assure that your teeth and smile are in great hands!
Rubina Rattansi
As a self-initiated and registered Dental Hygienist, Rubina graduated from Seneca College in 1988 from the Dental Assisting program and St. Clair College in 1992 from the Dental Hygiene program. Additionally, Rubina’s love for continuous learning and self improvement has led her to successfully complete the Adult Education (Staff Training & Development) certificate from Seneca College in 2009 and Clinical Orthodontics (Dental Hygienist Certificate) from George Brown in 2016. With her vast knowledge, experience and positive outlook, Rubina plays a vital role in ensuring all patients receive outstanding care and attention during and after their dental visit.
When Rubina isn’t taking great care of her patients smiles, you will find her promoting health and wellness throughout her daily life. From enjoying her garden during the summer, to long morning walks with coffee in hand; Rubina is all about maintaining a positive mental and physical well-being.
